Way of life

1) Be patient -
2) Get moving – it’ll Increases the energy and relieves the mind and body
3) Eat well – eating small but frequent meals throughout the day maintains an even level of blood sugar in your body. 
4) Avoid nicotine - smoking when you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed may seem calming, but nicotine is a powerful stimulate leading to higher levels of anxiety.
5) Create a balanced schedule between work and family life and social activities.
6) Try to arrive earlier to the work; even 10-15 minutes can make the difference between rushing and easing into your workday.
7) During working hours make sure to take short breaks and try to get away for lunch. Stepping away briefly to relax and recharge will help you to be more productive.
8) Educate yourself about the causes of your stress. Generally, the more informed the more in control.
9) Relaxation will lower your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and helps reduce the tension in your muscles.
