In order to evolve, it is important that we examine the contents of our
minds and hearts and get to the root of what we believe about reality.
Generally, our concerns of the moment can be trusted to guide our
inquiries however more often then not we seize upon a thought and play
this thought as we would like to see it resolve rather then accept all signs
and evidence pointing to the contrary, there has to come a time where we
call a spade a spade, smell the coffee and accept that denial is not doing
us any favours, Let go and embrace reality in order to progress
forward. —
