Get Your Diet Right based on blood type


Blood type O
O is the oldest blood type, so people with this type feel has the best blood. Blood groups was likely high achievers with lots of energy and is very organized.
Food that can be eaten freely ie lean meats and fish. While carbohydrates and milk should be reduced.
While exercise the right to blood groups O is cardio. Exercise in the morning is better than evening. Jogging, cycling, swimming or brisk walking can also be a workout that fits for you.
Blood type B
No blood that symbolizes everything with 'moderation expression' more than B. Blood groups tend to be very practical.
Generally the type of blood group B is easier to lose weight. Blood type B, free to consume meat, fish, coffee, vegetables and whole grains of wheat. However, processed foods should be avoided.
While sports are fit for this blood type is moderate exercise, which uses brain and body. Team sports such as dance classes, netball or other classes can support the diet if you do two or three times a week.
Blood type A
People who have this blood type tend to be very creative, good problem solvers and can be very sensitive.
Blood group A should eat more protein and whole grains. Eat less meat and more vegetables, whole grain carbohydrates. The food may be consumed is nuts, grains, cereals, pasta, fruits and vegetables. While dairy products should be avoided if you are prone to allergies. Not too much meat.
The type of people with this blood type are usually less active in sports. They tend to be more suitable for a relaxing exercise for 30 minutes, such as yoga, tai chi, walking, and outdoor sports.
Blood type AB
The combination of types A and B, you have dietary components of both. AB has a canny talent to be creative, have a good idea for a business and get along with people.
Avoid too much meat. Replace pack your food with vegetarian food and do not eat too much meat. Fish, vegetables, carbs and grains are examples of foods consumed freely at any time.
While the type of exercise that is suitable for the type of blood group is yoga or pilates sessions once a week and some may try to do an intense light jogging.
